Blackburn v Liverpool (William Hill 1.91) WIN
Both teams are capable of getting a goal, but recently have played matches without scoring. We know the issues at Liverpool and may see an average performance here.
Blackburn seem to be fighting and want to score. Getting one over Liverpool would be a great thing for the club and the town, especially with new owners looking to entice good players into the club they will want to see a good performance.
Verdict: No idea, but system says goals each way, we shall see.
Everton v Tottenham (Blue Sq 1.75) WIN
Not many goals at Goodison Park recently with Everton far from prolific, but having strikers out of form is not helping. They drew 0-0 in their last home match against Wigan, but have managed to score away from home. They do tend to ship goals though so more promising on that front.
Since failing to score at Old Trafford in October Spurs have scored in every match and have been playing well. I don't think Bale will be worried about transfer rumours and Harry will keep the team spirit up. He has gone quiet on Beckham too, which should help Lennon keep his focus.
Verdict: 1-2
I will not be betting on these matches as I have yet to work out if the quality of players in the Premiership lends itself to these types of bets (i.e are defenders and goalkeepers too good?)
Motivation also needs to be looked at, towards the end of the season I will be watching with interest as games become less important with teams happy with their league positions etc.
Good Luck
