I was very confident about the Doncaster match, being a local derby of sorts I felt Doncaster would try very hard and expected them to win 2-1. They had been scoring freeley at home until the Reading match so the inclusion was good in my opinion. They just couldn't do it and from what I have seen from the highlights on Sky Sports News they never were going to score.
A pity as I was looking at a 100% 3 from 3 set. As it is I am not too down, another profit banked and now we move on to the next set of bets.
I have had a comment back from Baz saying 'well done' on the picks and I really appreciate his feedback.
Remember to get on the mailing list as you will get the BTTS selections direct to your inbox before they appear here or anywhere else.
Heading into the weekend we have lots of cup matches, but there will be BTTS selections on Saturday and maybe something for Friday.
I would be interested in finding out how you guys (and gals) are getting on following my picks, are you running a betting bank or just sticking with a straight staking plan?
I have also been looking at value from bookmakers versus Betfair and Mr B is running all these bets on Betfair so we can do some comparison work on the value differences. I will do a post about that at a later date. I would also suggest that if you are unsure about anything I put on this blog then ask away.
just set them up on a betting bak and a good start last night- much apprecaited!

Hi Ghost
ReplyDeleteJust stumbled across your blog. Don't know how you pick your teams but I having been betting for a while using http://www.soccerstats.com/scoring.asp?league=england2
Looking for teams with good home/away scoring averages but also looking at clean sheets and failure to score
Don't know if this will help you. there are a few certs for Sat in div 3.
Good luck
Joe
Good link Joe. I do use soccerstats as part of my selection process I find their data is excellent.
